ListItRI.com listings to be featured on turnto10.com portal site
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (September 8, 2003): Vega Interactive, creators of ListItRI.com - a new Web site featuring local online classifieds, announces today that it has formed a partnership with NBC-10 WJAR to bring online local classified listings to NBC's portal Web site, turnto10.com.
Easy-to-use and comprehensive, ListItRI.com features online local classified listings for Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts. Turnto10.com users will be able to browse all ListItRI.com classified categories (Automotive, General Merchandise and Real Estate, as well as local Services and Restaurant listings) without having to leave the turnto10.com site. The partnership will allow users to sell goods and services, find great deals, and save money.
"When we launched ListItRI.com in March, we knew that there were three key elements necessary to operating a great local classified site. The first was a fast and user-friendly tool running the site. The second was a large number of listings

The partnership announcement between Vega Interactive and NBC-10 reflects a growing awareness of the value of classified content to the continued success of large portal Web sites like turnto10.com. In 2003, 52% of the Internet audience will utilize online classifieds to find general merchandise, autos, real estate or job opportunities. More than half of that group will use online classifieds at least once a week.

All turnto10.com users will be able to take advantage of an offer for a free 90-day listing on the site to try out the service. ListItRI.com will continue to charge a membership fee for those people who want to post listings after the free trial listing expires. The cost for unlimited listings for a 30-day period is $9.95. The cost for unlimited listings for an entire year will remain at the introductory rate of $39.95 which can be handled by logging on to the ListItRI.com site or via direct link from the NBC-10 site.
